I used to have my mods listed here, but now there's not enough space. Let me say it this way: I've not touched the locks, kick stand or the front wheel axle. 70,000 km/four years - loving it

I gotta say, even though the Streetfighter is a really nice bike I still prefer the Monster. The lines of the new model have grown on me and I still just love the minimal look of an air cooled bike. I've even started looking at the HD Nightster when i see one parked. Again, minimal. Scott |

Let the games begin..... The ungeheuer mod story so far goes like this: Red reflective rim stripes. DP Touring seat. Rizoma Radial Naked mirrors. Termis. Ozynobs frame and axle sliders. Still to come:Rizoma Rear-sets. DP tail tidy. Pazzo levers - long uns. Rizoma billet camshaft end caps. SpeedyMoto top-triple. SpeedyMoto Tall-boy or 3.5" Swatt clip-ons.

Just fitted my tail tidy this evening.... waiting on the Swatts to arrive before I get into the top-triple.....

Yeah... well so was I. Looks like its not gonna happen though. I had to go the refund on my Swatts coz they couldnt manage to deliver a set in undamaged condition.... and then after much waiting they couldnt get around to delivering a set at all. But thanks go to Jeff at Monsterparts who cheerfully offered me a full refund after both he and I had wasted too much time and effort chasing Swatt around in circles. Guess I'll be fitting Speedymoto Tallboys as first seen on my 696 some day soon. [update] Thanks to stopintime for pointing me in the direction of a fine pair of 2.5" Swatts which have now been fitted and are about to undergo their maiden voyage.... further details and pics coming soon......... [end update]In the mean time here's a few pics of today's outing. The observant amongst you might spot my subtle  new Rizoma Radial Naked mirrors and Pazzo levers. Also new is the Rizoma oil-filler cap and CF-look Termi decals. The DP touring seat, Rizoma rear-sets and rear brake reservoir I transferred over from my 696.    Coming soon.... Speedymoto top-triple and Swatts, open clutch bling, Rizoma front brake and clutch reservoirs and possibly some paintwork..... |
