Really looking forward to it.  Coen brothers and George Clooney is a great combination.  If brad Pitt is half as good as he was in Snatch it'll rule.  Verily. [clap]

I like the look of it.  Cohen bros films are usually up my alley.  It's got a really interesting cast.

Righteous Kill looks good too.  DeNiro and Pacino worked well together in HEAT.  I'd hope the same for this one too.

It was pretty good.

It started slow but then the story built up.

I thought Brad Pitt and George Clooney were actually the weaker actors in the film

Richard Jenkins and John Malkovich put in really good performances IMO.

I thought it was good also.  Very entertaining.

I thought Clooney and Pitt were pretty hilarious.  Clooney was more like Clooney in Oh Brother Where Art Thou.  Malkovich was really good also.

It reminded me of the Big Lebowski.

Saw it. I agree, Pitt and Clooney were hilarious and not their "usual characters." Worth going to the theatre for.

 [laugh]

While it wasn't exactly what I was expecting, it was pretty good.

I thought Pitt was hilarious in it.

And Clooney with the rocking chair and the wedge?  I was laughing my ass off.   [laugh]

The movie as a whole though... I still feel like they might have slipped me some acid at the concessions counter.

Just saw this from Netflix. Three words were used throughout the movie that summed it up for me and Amanda: "WHAT THE make the beast with two backs?"

We almost turned it off because it took so long to get any story going. We should have. There was really no point to this whole movie and the egregious use of "make the beast with two backs" over and over again was completely unnecessary. On Netfix's scale, we gave it a one. The best part of the movie was when Brad took a shot to the face...

I liked it.

I like 'Fargo' much more, however.

Some folks just don't get the Coen brothers. I love their movies.

I've seen Raising Arizona and The Big Lebowski and thought they were funny as hell. This one just didn't do it for me...
