No, dook got a new football coach with a new system and they are suppose to be better, as in their number of wins might not be a prime number this year, but I think that is REALLY pushing it [laugh]. But like you said about the Wolverines, why would that bring any hope.

Wow a Wolverines fan that shows his face. I'm impressed. Here is what is so funny. Rodriguez did have a good bit of success at WVU and he might have some at Michigan. However I think he was right at 500 against his rival Pitt at WVU. Ouch! You expect him to come into Michigan and beat Jim Tressel every year? Sorry if you can't beat Pitt with the athletes he had at WVU how in the hell is he going to beat the Buckeyes?
Oh yeah, your not allowed as a Michigan fan to say anything about National Championship games because you were supposed to win the big ten last year and our running back had more yards by about 75 than your whole team did against the Buckeyes. Remember we got to both of those games by beating the Wolverines. Tressel is 6 and 1 against the Wolverines and make that 7 and 1 after this year.
RichRod does not equal success for UM in my mind. Don't think I'm a hater either. I was glad to see Big Blow pick up Rodriguez. He does not scare me nearly as bad as Les Miles would have. His offense is gimicki, he has no familly values, and is destroying all kinds of 100+ year traditions at the winningest program in college football. Once defenses finally figure out the spread (trust me I know OSU has plenty of problems with it) he will struggle to compete in the big ten.
By the way, I hate seeing Michigan lose to Utah just as much as you. I love the Big Ten and will always route for Michigan. In fact, I would love it if Michigan won every game but one every year. Muck Fichigan ;D

I don't just want to see USC, Oregon, or ASU beat them...I'd like it if they played the local high school team in a scrimmage and got their asses handed to them. Why? Look, the Big Ten is getting a lot of shit lately and we need all the wins we can get. That is all.
Don't get me wrong I hate Michigan but I love it when Ohio State beats a good Michigan team. It is not as fun when you know they are going to win.
Case in point: I was at the Ohio State/Michigan game 2 years ago when we were ranked 1st and UM was 2nd. Had to be one of the best games in the history of the rivalry.
Sweater vests...don't even get me started. If I ever met Jim Tressel in person, I would piss on his sweater vest and be a Michigan hero for eternity.
I would be willing to make that kind of sacrifice. I bleed Blue and piss Maize.
That being said, I will agree with you in that I want the Big 10 to win. Period. Except for maybe those Badger asswipes...or perhaps the Iowa Crapeyes. But other than that, GO BIG TEN!

I'm going to Wisconsin for the Ohio State game this year. I'll let you know then if their fans have changed any. I know they used to throw snowballs full of pennies at visitng teams and players.

Yea he had like one or two good seasons and they thought he was going to go to the NFL so they gave him all that money.
I'm happy the gave Tress a new contract. I'm pretty sure he is the highest paid in the league now. Although he gives like half of his salaries and endorsements to charity.

Yeah, I am not one of those fans. I like to talk smack about Michigan but if you beat us (which you did a lot in the 90s against more talented OSU teams) I'll take my medicine. I'll gloat over a win a little bit but every year is a new team and you never know what will happen. As it stands OSU is 1-9-1 against new Michigan Head Coaches. Thats a very scary stat.
Your right- a lot of OSU fans are crappy fans and won't let up.
I thought that your offensive would struggle but I was really surprised at how poorly your d played. I thought defense was going to be your bread and butter this year. Hopefully things start to click.
