I feel like whenever I would pull my clutch in I would pull it in too much.  In other words there would be wasted travel.  Would an adjustable clutch lever help alleviate this problem?  Do adjustable levers decrease/increase the length of travel or just how close the lever is to the handlebar?

adjustable levers do both.

what most do, like pazzo and crg is that the base portion of the lever that actuates the master cylinder is the same as your regular lever, then midway to the end of the lever there is a joint that allows the part where  you pull on to be bent closer to the handlebar.

thus what happens is you adjust the lever portion to be closer to the bar so that you don't have to extend your fingers as far to reach.

now obviously since the lever is now closer ot the bar that means the base portion won't travel as far bc the lever part wher eyour fingers grab hit the bar sooner than it would have if it wasn't adjustable. so you do lose the last bit of travel of the master cylinder.

so as long as you don't need that last bit of travel its not really an issue.

but as you can see if you do this with the brake lever and you need that last bit of travel to clamp down on the front brakes then you wont' have it.  so its something to consider though this case really means that your brakes need to be bled or you are in a heap of trouble.

Okay, thanks Sbrguy.  I'm not going to be doing this mod for bling so are there any alternatives to Pazzo,Brembo,CRG?  I heard Ca-cycleworks.com sells cheapo ones.  Would it be weird to have just an adjustable clutch lever w/ non-adjustable brake lever?  Or should I just get both?  I also heard there is some issue about a click/tab or something with the cheaper ones. Anybody know what thats about?

right now i'm running a crg folding lever on the brake side and the standard brembo oem non adjustable on the clutch side.  bc i didnt' want to spend over 300 and findout i hate them.

so far its wor5king fine, but what i do notice is that the non adjustable brembo is very good for me, i think they feel a little more solid in a way, or its just that i'm used to their position and feel to the lever.  the lever shape is slighlty different than the crg, the crg is a bit sleeker and thinnner and takes some getting used to and lighter.  its well made but for me personally its a tactile feeling that i'm getting used to right now.  i may eventually get the clutch side crg but for now i dont' have teh money so its no biggie, the levers right now doen't match one is black the other is silver.  i couldn't really care how it looks, i know that they both work perfectly and i liek the feel of the levers as is right now.

the crg for a while for the clutch side didnt' have the little tab on the bottom for the neutral swtich, supposidly they have updated their levers now to have them but just ask before buying to majke sure you get one tht does.  if you look on the bottom of the brembo one you will see there is a slight tab on the bottom.  the pazzos supposidly have these built in. 

dont' know about the ca-cycleworks, yuou will have to call them and find out.
