I've always used either BetUS or Bodog. I haven't did any sports betting in a while, so I'm not sure about getting money into and out of these sites. I would make sure you could easily cash out by requesting a check (that is, if you manage to cash any out [laugh]).
Earlier this year, I cashed out some money from Bodog.
It seemed kinda sketchy, but I got my money with no hassle.
