Title: Chopping the 696 exhaust? Post by: Roy on September 06, 2008, 03:28:55 PM Im newer to motorcycles and was wondering if something similar to the below video would be possible on the 696? Would there be any concerns with doing this...I would love to get rid of the huge cans underneath the seat...

No PCIII setup available as of yet to correct the air/fuel mixture systems.

Post by: zedsaid on September 10, 2008, 04:53:44 PM i supposed if you get boomtubes you could get saddle bags without worrying about melting them that would be a plus. Still haven't seen anyone with a bag on their 696 yet. And my thread asking for suggestions has received none. Maybe i should go bump it? Title: Re: Chopping the 696 exhaust?
