WOW. Crappy conditions, crashes galore, Bayliss again not knowing how to slow down, and some wild rides from a bunch of British SBK wildcards....
First off, HOLY CRAP, Bayliss does not play the percentages, ever... Throughout the race even the commentators were nearly yelling "slow down!!! you don't need it this bad!!!" The guy does not LOOK like he is retiring next year... Race one would have been easy for him to settle into second, instead he turns in faster and faster laps for the second part ( the race was stopped twice ) to close the gap between himself and Tom Sykes, who also ran like a bat out of hell.
More importantly, i wish like hell we could get Kiyonari onto the Duc team for next year... unreal performance in both races, and I'm sure he would have kept Bayliss and Sykes down in race one if he had not crashed out... Watch the clips of the superpole in the wet with him... unbelievable... A well deserved win in race 2, although I was REALLY wanting to see him and Bayliss battle it out ( Bayliss crashed out while in 2nd ), since Bayliss was, as usual, not in the mood to settle in and win by his already solid points margin...
Corser decided to challenge L'Smart's highside record, and highsided SIX TIMES before race 1, and then again in Race 1, and still managed to pull a podium in race 2. Not bad for a guy that is just 2 years younger than me... ( hint: I am old ). Homeboy is going to be sore in the morning....
and where the #@$% did Crutchlow come from? awesome late run to the front...
and my boy Haga dumped oil on the track in race 1, and was black flagged in race 2 for not coming in for a ride through penalty... not a good day for my boy Haga...
well, hop on line and check the highlights... there were tons of crashouts in race 1, a few in race 2, and solid action packed WSBK the whole time in both races.... was a bit nerve wracking with the wet conditions to watch, but made for great racing...
fine ***............booty [roll]

no TV... just a monitor.
no rabbit ears, no cable, no satellite, nada
I have a few. Would love to host some race parties. There is a 72" in the living room, and a 130" in the garage for the cigar aficionados.

i have to agree. sounds like you've got the tv under control.
i have a 37 at my place...and lots of seating!
Thank God we have some cigar folks in the group who could appreciate a big ass TV in a garage. Hate to see a Jumbotron go to waste in a garage with no one watching it. [thumbsup]

She likes going up there... last time she went Scott started the Desmo for her [thumbsup]. The problem is getting her to want to stay there long enough to watch a race and let me BS.
