Title: New toy, wrong time of year, but there is always next spring.
Post by: mitt on September 10, 2008, 11:50:51 AM
Some of you may remember a post a few months back looking for boston whaler experiences.

Well, the boat was local and went off the market quickly - the seller's son wanted to buy it.  On Labor Day Weekend, when the sale was to happen, the son decided it was too late in the season and backed out, so the dad called me.

2006 Sport 150

I hope we get to use it a few days still this year, until it is time for winter storage.  But, we should have a fun time next summer on it.

Take the coast guard safety course.

Learn the rules of the road.

Put the boat plug in it  ;)

I did all of the above.  ;D

Putting the plug in when you stop the boat and it starts to fill up is no fun. Believe me!

If I wasn't going to the Indy race this weekend, I would be taking her out.

Looks like we might need boats at indy though, rain forecast every stinkin day!
