Title: Safety Wire Drill Jig
Post by: Munch on September 16, 2008, 01:58:38 PM
I'm tired of losing key bolts, and am looking into a drill jig. Anyone have any firsthand experience, contemplating something like:

Never used one of those.

You need to turn a lot of rpm and feed real easy with the small drills, peck peck peck...
Plenty of cutting oil too.
I'd recommend getting about 10 of the drills.

I use the little pre-drilled star-shaped steel washers that go behind the bolt head to fasten safety wire.
