Hamilton? Where did you start from? Did you do Quimby Road or Alum Rock? It's been awhile since I've done that one. I really want to climb over Sonora Pass. I've done Tioga Pass but Sonora is supposed to be much worse. I just worry about the gearing on my bike. I miss grannie gears. Especially since I'm a grannie.

But as usual, you were elsewhere. :P Don't know about Desmostro, but I'll be cranking out some miles tomorrow. It's the sound of her ignoring you. She said she wouldn't waste her time waiting up for you, and the only way she'd join you on a ride is if you were on the motos-it's your sole hope of keeping up. This was Alum Rock, my first time up Hamilton (actually it was my first time on all of those moutains). I have a compact double. I think the cassette is something like 11-28. I tried going up Old La Honda and well that's more than enough for me ;D
