How about Child Abuse!!! >:( Shit like this really pisses me off. It's like the assholes who don't buckle their kids in the back seat, or smoke in the car with the windows up wih their kids stuck in the back.
Isn't the law in Cali that the child has to be able to reach the foot pegs
COMFORTABLY for it to be legal to be on the back of a bike? I'm not that clear on that, but I'm a bit upset...
I'm all for taking a kid for a ride on the back of a bike, but with a JACKET, PANTS, GLOVES, BOOTS, and of course FULL HELMET!
