Title: Any opinions on this back protector?

I got no response yet from the gear section so far. Thought I`d see your guys opinion.

I think the shoulder blade part might be annoying.

I use T-Pro and I really like it.

The T pro is top on my list. I was just checking out some other options and ran across it.

Mook, I have no FHE with Bohn but I do know they make decent stuff, just not sure if any of it is level 2 protection. Their "Monza" model is level 2.

Like I mentioned in the other thread, most of the folks I ride with use either the Joe Rocket back protector (made by Tpro) or the Tpro itself.

I've got the Bohn Adventure pants - kinda like long-johns with armor.  I like them a LOT, but no crash experience! [thumbsup]

I have no FHE with the back protector, though.

I read an article a little less than a year ago in Motorcyclist and they reviewed the Tpro and the Bohn plus 8 others.  Tpro was top billing and Bohn was second.  They said it was comfy.  I will try to find the issue and post up anything else they said.

The Bohn looks like it has better kidney protection.  That`s what I bruised and it`s not that fun. Mine was a minor bruise, but I`d like to protect that area just in case. It doesn`t say if it is CE rated.

Bohn has a rating but I don't know what it is.

Slightly. Got a sonogram Tuesday. Everything is ok. A little uncomfort for a few days. No more pain.
