This is essentially a cash back reward if you sign up for a MS Live account and use Pay Pal to complete an eBay purchase. The levers were $179 and in 60 days I can request my $54 (30% of buy-it-now purchase amount) as cash back. Sounds more complicated than it is. Eh, I figured $50 for a set of new Pazzos was too good to be true. So total cost on the levers is going to be around $125. That's still a pretty good deal.
