My previous policy was about 800 bucks a year. I have always had fairly high rates because I cant go more than a year without a ticket. Then I totaled my 6 month old Tricolore which was of course a pretty big claim. In the spring I will be buying a used S4RS 2007 or 2008 depending on what I can find. Any guesses as to what my new and improved rates will be. I submitted a form for a quote with Foremost. They insure my Harley and the policy is only about 550 a year on that one. I don't know if they'll jack up my rates later or not. Any guesses on the new Ducati policy. They'll have an answer for me by tommorrow. I think by next spring I'll be down to one ticket on my record.
Are you talking about basic coverage, or the top of the line. Also age and location play a big role. I pay $250 per year with $500 deductible
My top of the line is $640/year on my S4Rs

I'm 38 in Indiana and usually get pretty much top line insurance. I've never gotten less than 100,000/300,000 for PD or Medical/uninsured drivers etc. I've had small auto claims in the past but those don't seem to cross over into the MC policies although the moving violations do. $250 a year would be a freaking dream for me. I pay better than twice that on a 12 year old truck that's paid for with liability only.
