well i was gonna buy it and use it as my evil lair, but if i can't make part of it into living qwuarters for myself and my minions then how is that supposed to work?

Probably wouldn't stand up to modern ordinance in a nuclear holocaust, so the protective value isn't great. Maybe it would be a decent hideout from the zombies, though.
