Just make sure you use the proper tool to rivet in the master link and take out extra links.

With the special tools it wont be too dificult.. Without them, I hope you have some strong zip ties and duct tape! When I Did mine it was cheaper to have PJ's do it than it was to buy the tool..(at least where I was shopping) and its sure to be an infrequent maintenance I need to perform.. so I opted for them to do it.

I have 520 on the other, and though I like the lighter rotating mass, I dont think I would notice it to much on the Beast, and I go through chains too quickly on the Monster.

[thumbsup] The 520 is lower mass but also lower tensile strenght.. hence the wear and tendancy for stretching. I'm definatly up for some wrenching [clap] |
