Wow, I wish property values were like that here - my GF paid that much for a 650 sq/ft condo here in Montreal.

Congrats on finishing the project, my dad likes to renovate homes as well, it can be a maddening process.

thanks man, it would have been sweet if the roof had not collapsed on the real estate game, it was cool work though (already planning the next one [thumbsup])

Yaaay! 2nd linky finally work right for me!  Nice work there!  [thumbsup] [thumbsup]   No more paneling and pink loo?  ;D     My only issue:  Personally I love the interior colors but for a flip they are way too bold. Just my .005.       Again, fine job well done!   [clap] [clap]

The colors may seems a little out of whack in the pictures, but they are incredibly harmonious in person, and they are all tied together by the custom floor stain.

I don't know if anyone noticed, but the colors in the house are made to follow the color wheel, making them flow from one part of the house to the next seamlessly. The whole house has so many little details that the pictures cannot express that it is a bit of a shame that you guys are being robbed of getting to know them.

I know the amount of work that went into this place and let me tell you that the price does not reflect the value.

This is an amazing house made by a brilliant couple into something truly beautiful.

Good job guys!
