Protects the discs and serves as a good platform to do my tire changing on. Although its kinda expensive. Wondering if anyone found something like it for cheaper. Title: Re: Bead breaker Post by: Old-Duckman on November 01, 2008, 03:57:45 AM Nice looking device there. IMO though, a bit pricey and worse than that is the footprint...would take up a lot of floor space in the shop or garage...guess you would want to hang it on the wall till ya needed it.
I have used a tool called Pro-Lever for years. Disassembled, it fits in a 4" x 4" 12" cardboard box on a shelf. It takes a bit of muscle to use but it has never failed me.
