So, how do you guys support the front of the bike when you remove the triple clamps?

A jack and a block of wood under the front cylinder, and a rear stand.

Right on the head?

I generally put a jack on the headers. but i guess its the same thing.

If you have any exposed beams and ceiling joist in your garage/workshop, then use ratchet straps around the front of the frame.  That's by far the safest method.

Other than that, you'll have to use a jack.

use a ladder and some tie downs (ratchet type). Roll the front end right underneath. Safe and sound

Get a come along and wrap it around the roof beam then attach some tie down straps to the frame and once you get it off the ground put a jack or two underneath it just for insurance.  Of course this method assumes you have a rear stand.

+1 on the support from above.
