Post by: desmoquattro on November 04, 2008, 01:13:39 PM I like the seat...it really shows off the [expletive deleted] riding it ;D
Title: Re: beemer monster? Post by: mostrobelle on November 04, 2008, 01:53:23 PM Um, no.
Title: Re: beemer monster? Post by: Buckethead on November 04, 2008, 02:00:04 PM It looks like an R1200S and a Streetfighter got schwasted at a Halloween party and forgot to use a condom.
Title: Re: beemer monster? Post by: TCK! on November 04, 2008, 03:45:20 PM I'd buy one. That bike, my gold boots/leathers and my look should be complete.
Hmmm new bikes are getting interesting... nice to see something monsterous that isn't that same old repackaged monster look. Title: Re: beemer monster? Post by: Vindingo on November 04, 2008, 08:06:46 PM That thing looks mean! I like the front end WAY better than the new monster and streetfighter. The streetfighter would look sweet with that set up.
Title: Re: beemer monster? Post by: Holden on November 04, 2008, 08:26:02 PM It almost doesn't need a kick stand. :P
But I'm in love with the rear half of it. The front doesn't really reflect that styling though—needs some ultra-low clip-ons... and I'm not really sure what's going on with the headlight. I'd be scared to lean it over or drop it. :o Title: Re: beemer monster? Post by: Michael Moore on November 04, 2008, 10:17:19 PM Hey, those big cylinders keep yer feet toasty when the mercury dips!
Title: Re: beemer monster? Post by: mostrobelle on November 04, 2008, 10:29:04 PM OK, I'll admit that I like the spoked wheels. The bars and all that nastiness goin' on up top there needs some work. There's a reason they are showing off the ass-end of it.
Title: Re: beemer monster? Post by: MendoDave on November 05, 2008, 01:00:40 PM Too much tail chop going on. Spokes may look cool, but I for one, would not be interested in cleaning them. ["Hmpff" smiley] Otherwise not too bad overall, but still not my thing.
Title: Re: beemer monster? Post by: Popeye the Sailor on November 05, 2008, 01:31:49 PM It's s'posed to come out as a modular bike. You people familiiar with modding bikes?
(http://www.thebikergene.com/gallery/albums/BMW%20LoRider/bmw_motorrad_set_08.jpg) This here is hot, IMO. It's s'posed to come out as a modular bike. You people familiiar with modding bikes? So the bike is a kit-of-parts? Can I put a desmo engine into it? Once again--the backside of the bike is pretty cool, but it looks waaaaay too much like a beemer for my taste head-on. I don't like the tank specifically, and that unfortunately, is one of the the few constants. :P Title: Re: beemer monster? I liked "artist interpretation" 1098 Street Fighter more then the real one and this blows them both away. Title: Re: beemer monster? Post by: MendoDave on November 05, 2008, 03:09:52 PM Modding bikes??? I haven't got a clue as to what your talking about. [cheeky]
Title: Re: beemer monster? Post by: Spidey on November 05, 2008, 03:11:13 PM It's looks nutty. It has two wheels. It's not all SBK-like.
I'd rock it. [moto] Title: Re: beemer monster? Post by: MendoDave on November 05, 2008, 03:19:23 PM I bet that Pipe would feel good against my leg during the winter.
Title: Re: beemer monster? Post by: smducman on November 05, 2008, 08:55:55 PM Those toasters will worry me while I ride it , why BMW not try to hide them somewhere else , bike looks mean...
