Title: Re: Check this out! Post by: DRKWNG on May 11, 2008, 12:58:49 AM Even though I have to say that I would like to have the only one in our riding circle, if you decide to get that one you might want hustle. There was someone down there looking at it on Wednesday. Who knows how long it will last...
Title: Re: Check this out! Post by: eltristo on May 11, 2008, 01:07:25 AM You realize that if Mac gets a 675, it will, within 6 months, be the ongodliest gorgeous 675 in existence, with the best handling, etc. imaginable. on, and I am REALLY druink.
Title: Re: Check this out! Post by: DRKWNG on May 11, 2008, 01:13:14 AM Would you molest it?
Title: Re: Check this out! Post by: eltristo on May 11, 2008, 01:21:20 AM It's only molesting if the rest of the world finds it wrong. noone could find fault with that.
Title: Re: Check this out! Post by: DRKWNG on May 11, 2008, 01:23:28 AM Just as long as you didn't leave anything sticky on it when you were done.

There was someone down there looking at it on Wednesday. Who knows how long it will last... I won't do anything immediately on the 675. It all depends on the final outcome of the 999 and how long it takes to sort out the immobilizer. It's also just about due for a valve clearance check/adjustment. Plus, if I decide to sell it who knows how long that might take and it'd have to sell before any other bike comes into the picture. Hey, I could just have the Monster as the only bike and that'd be just fine too. I lie to myself. Actually not. It would be good. Whatever happens I think all might take a month or three. So does that mean there could be a shiny new 848 in your future? ;) Title: Re: Check this out! Post by: DRKWNG on May 23, 2008, 10:58:03 PM Had to bring this thread back out to show this off. Title: Re: Check this out! Post by: MadDuck on June 02, 2008, 11:19:13 PM Speaking of which, do you have enough miles on that D675 to get her up to 13K? How's that sound?
Title: Re: Check this out! Post by: DRKWNG on June 02, 2008, 11:25:44 PM I took it out yesterday afternoon for a bit. Was running late on the way home and got it up around 11K+ while accelerating onto the H1. It sounds pretty angry at those engine speeds. [evil]
