convertible Ferrari = rich people
rich people sometimes = superficially beautiful people
therefore, on a sunny day in CA, convert Ferrari usually = some hottie w/ little clothes on
hottie w/ little clothes on makes ANY car/moto nicer!
just my observations

This is why you should do as much of your own work on your vehicles as possible and if something needs to be done that you can't handle, spend the extra cash and bring it to someone who knows what the hell they're doing.
That picture does point out one fun fact, I didn't realize the Elise has a full length belly pan, pretty cool.

If you've got cars like that you can afford a lift.
the Elise isn't that expensive. MSRP of $46,270.

like an elise?
they're 50G's
a good pickup costs more than that
Yeah, but that's a 50k toy, not a real car. Most people who own one would have multiple cars and I'd expect they'd make a quite a good income. Plus, you don't need a lift, it just makes life easier. I don't have one and there's not much that I can't tackle, time is more my enemy. If I had one of those, I'd do the bulk of the work on that just as any of the other cars I have.

That's actually the chassis. The way they got the car so light and still structurally rigid was to bond layers of material together to form the spaceframe and hang the other bits off that. Discovery HD had a show on a few years ago about the creation of the car. It was pretty cool.

See what your insurance company has to say about that.
