it's a 06' 620. how do you take off the site glass off the clutch/generator covers? do the bottom of the forks (the part that the brakes attach to) come off, if so how? what kind of "universal puller" can i get to pull the bearing holder off the bottom off the steering tube on the bottom triple? (a link would be nice) any cheap brands or where to get oil filter, fork seals, exhaust clamps? Just tap them out gently with an appropriate driver or socket. I would install new ones, but, then again, I am conservative do the bottom of the forks (the part that the brakes attach to) come off, if so how? Probably, but I'm not sure on a Marzocchi fork, yes on a Showa, but it is tough. There is a set screw held in place with red loctite (you will need heat and the threads holding the bottoms on are very fine. No mention of this operation in the repair manual or mention of this part as separately available in the parts catalogue. what kind of "universal puller" can i get to pull the bearing holder off the bottom off the steering tube on the bottom triple? (a link would be nice) Something like this for in the appropriate size for the stem http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item.asp?P65=&tool=all&item_ID=10138&group_ID=1207&store=snapon-store&dir=catalog (http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/item.asp?P65=&tool=all&item_ID=10138&group_ID=1207&store=snapon-store&dir=catalog) and a hammer and punch for the tube. any cheap brands or where to get oil filter, fork seals, exhaust clamps? These parts should not be too bad from the dealer, though you can save a few bucks on the fork seals. More info on what you are doing would be hepful.
