Title: '97 M750 Frame Paint
Post by: bluesman77 on November 30, 2008, 08:52:31 AM
I'm trading-in my one-owner '95 900SS/CR on a nicely modified '97 M750 that is in exceptionally nice condition mechanically and cosmetically. However, there's a spot on the frame that could stand a touch-up. I went to Color Rite's web site, but was unable to find the proper gold color. Any suggestions or is one of their colors listed a good match?

Take it to a painter, have him match it. If not, it should be listed on the ducati website somewhere.

Hmmm... lets see my 97 m750 frame paint color was sort of gold with lots of acid stains. Now its orange.... oh the horror [laugh]

+1 to taking it to a painter, the touch up paints usually don't quite match. A pro will keep the bike looking sweet.
