Try Dennis at Norman Racing in Berkeley.  He's done lot's of little things for me.  Great guy, too.  He does a lot of work for Desmoto and Monroe's as well.

Haven't tried it but want a backup plan just in case.  The moto is my only transportation so if I can't get it to work I need to take it somewhere asap.  Stuck in the library i hate my life [coffee]  Thanks Vindango for your donation if I can't use it I'll promptly return it to you.

It's a cast aluminum part, so welding may do more damage than fixing. It may also cost you just as much as a new lever. Besides, it's only the rear brake... you don't need it anyways. [cheeky]

I'll dig trhough my "junk" and see if I have something. [thumbsup]

I don't need the rear brake unless I get stuck on one of the 3 hills to school in the morning a.k.a. webster or fillmore.  Kinda hard to stop with the front and get power again.  Ugh.   [bang]
