Would these helemts be suitable for ducati monster city riders or just for the scooter gang?
I really can't decide - some of them look really agressive and others look very sedate and poncie, pooncy (don't know how to spell it)

MMMmmmmmmm. They are going to look either really cool or really bad..... [roll]
No in betweens I'm afraid.... ;D
Personal opinion only...... [coffee]

+1.
Don't mind the Leather Fighter either.
got one ordered $600 ......... i can do no wrong as i have a scooter also .......... and don't mind looking poncy ;)
Can't say I would wear one! My concern with an open face helmet is actually leaving half your face in the bitumen in the case of an accident [roll]
Yeah but imagine how good you'll look on the way down 8)
Full face helmets improve my looks, therefore open face = unattractive.

You just have to get one of those skull scarf wrap things that the Harley boys wear on the lower half of there face. Except you couldn't have a skull design riding a Duc, maybe a scarf with Super Mario on it. [thumbsup]

i happen to like them ........... but i do live in a gay 'hood and it might've
rubbed on me [evil]
OOOHHHH melvin, I think it would look great on you, but not on me to girlie
ouchhh! girls can be soo pregnant dogy and nasty - unlike us, boys ;D
hey i wasn't try to be mean, sorry if you read it that way, just have a joke Rob
i know, jukie, i know ............. that was a reply said in a very >>>oooo, you are such a pregnant dog<<< tone with a limp-wristed action to back it up ;D
I'm not sure I'd want "MOMO" plastered on my head. :P
I think you'd have to be a chinless wonder to wear one of those gay looking things, so any damage incurred as you go sliding down the road after parting company with your scooter would be minimal anyway.
Six, poncy mate, no question. I don't like open face either. I am no oil painting, but the thought of sliding down a cheese grater (ie the road) on my face leaves me feeling cold. Full face with a tinted visor looks best. Gives the girls some mystery, and time to admire the bike before they see your face! ;D
in a 60km/h crash into the side of a car i banged my head on said car hard enough to crack a full face and damage teeth. no way i wear anything like that. scooter riders don't seem to appreciate that 60km/h is more than enough to make the beast with two backs you right up.
having said that, of course, i used to ride the pushy at that sort of speed with those crap brakes in nothing more than lycra and a dodgy little helmet. just makes me shudder now.
They have the looks, but they are not helmets - they are PARTS of helmets [bang]

I agree Tri,a full face also will muffle you screams the moment you realize you are going to crash :o
Saying that the open face would be cool around town for the coffee runs [thumbsup]
Vince is soft wants to wear a happy helmet

What, so you can sip your latte while cruising up and down the main drag on the D16?

Gee Six you need some serious education on coffee drinking that one looks like dirty water :o
Goldfish would be shocked to see that :-\
That's the new herbal coffee. [coffee][puke]
In Italy they were wearing the momo's...they do look good on a scooter....but I'm with Brad on this....the fact is....30 kph doesn't feel like much until your hitting the ground at that speed..then it's amazingly fast and these scooter idiots and their "I don't need to wear protection I don't go above 80" (that is a paraphrase from one of the 'scooter' club presidents down here - don't get me started on 'scooter gangs') just doesn't wash!
But I'm not very attractive...so I like my full face!
Spider that is not true you sexy thing you.
