Title: gas mileage Post by: tcspeedfreak on May 11, 2008, 06:37:05 PM as gas is getting closer and closer to four bucks a gallon it seems to make riding the bike to work sound even better than it already did, but for my 00' m750 an average of 35 mpg just seems low so i was wondering what everybody else here got for mileage on their bikes. either way the 35 on the bike beats the 17-20 in the dodge guess that leaves more money for beer [drink]

To "protect the environment" and fill up government pockets, gas is above $9 here in Norway - one of the larger oil exporters of the world. [bang] BTW my S2R800 with Termis, ECU and open air box will get 35 around town up to 55 on semi-aggressive backroads touring. I'm a cheap bastard, and have always tried to get the best mpg I could with my vehicles. Except for the bike... there I could care less, as long as the ride is enjoyable.
