Wouldn't that just slip off after a few shifts?  I guess if it was a tight fit it would be ok, but I like the crisp feeling of a solid shift so you know that it changed gears.

Can't escape the "stuntaz" anywhere these days. One of 'em walked up to me at a gas station the other day and told me my M696 had to be a great stunt bike. Told him I never plan on finding out.

Saw these at everything-but-the-bike.com.  Thought they were silly until I considered those who didn't want a mark in their suede boots on one foot (and not the other).  Sounded kinda stupid until I bought a BMW.  Thought the original owner was fanatical with the armour all when we looked under the seat for the manual and found he armour alled it all - drove the glorious piece of machinery - and what the make the beast with two backs was that - oh god! he armoured alled the shifter!!!  may have to buy one of these til I can figure out how to cut the armour all - cause my foot bypasses the shifter.  WTF???
