Title: Analog Instruments on a 696
Post by: zLoki on December 07, 2008, 07:09:52 PM
Anyone seen or even better replaced the digital instrument cluster on a 696 with something a bit more old school like analog gauges?  Or anything custom out there?  Would be cool to see an analog tach/speedo combo with some digital stuff for the rest.

Immobilizer wont work without the factory guages.

If you're talking Moto Italia, that's Magneti-Marelli only, 696 has a Siemens ECU.

All Ducati's do.  Started a few years back.  Don't recall, late 1990's or early 2000's.  Want to say it was at the same time when the tripmeter went digital.
