So I was cleaning\lubing my chain the other day and noticed that there were some rusted parts. There were spots of rust on the outside of the plates, of which I was able to remove most. But there was some on the inside that I couldn't get off. I used wd40 to clean and then pj1 blue label to lube. It wasn't horribly rusted but it's noticeable. Will this be a big issue?

IMO rust on the plates is a non issue.
When you see rust coming from inside the rollers it's an issue.
roger, thanks.
Side question:
How's you experience w/ the PJ1? I got LOTS of fling w/ that brand and switched to Maxima Chain Wax and now I'm on Dupont Teflon Chain Lubricant.
PJ1 Blue will not fling as badly as black.
