no, as previously stated, she was not completely receptive to the idea. i'm sure she'll get me soon enough though. she'll just try to be sneaky about it.

i don't think it would hurt, but i'm sure if you are sensitive to these thigns and in the right mood (read:already pissed off about something) then it would probably "hurt" otherwise, it just stings a bit.

what diameter springs does it use?.... [evil]

"Unlike a real shotgun the DSDB is accurate - to a range of almost 33 feet - and its sophisticated trigger system enables you to fire two darts at the same time from each barrel, or in succession. This means you can sucker your target from behind the water cooler and reload before the boss spots you."

freggin sweet.

i have to say, the reloading isn't all that quick, esp since it only comes with 4 "shells" and 6 darts to put in them.

the ejection springs are fairly good and sent the shells about 4 ft behind me when i cracked it open too fast one time. it does have a cool storage area on the butt of the gun.

as for accuaracy, it's one of the more accurate dart us i have played with, but i also haven't shot at anything more than 10 ft away.

My 6 year old son has the lever action version.  Pretty cool, has a removable magazine that one loads with shells containing the darts.  After each shot, the shells are ejected upon actuation of the lever.  Whats better to shoot your 2.5 year old twin brother and sister when they get into your stuff??

Finally finished up my shotgun.

Started as a stock Remington 870 and now is the first line in my home defense kit.

that's very nice cyrus, but you can't shoot your g/f with that and not get in a lot of trouble.

Yeah, she'd kick his ass and put him back to work scrubbing the toilet or baking cookies.

Nah, not too worried about having a girlfriend.

You should have gotten one of those marshmallow guns.

I always see them advertised in those Sky Mall catalogs, would love to see how they work.

Marshmellow gun sucks.  I bought the one that shoots minis and its very inconsistent.  Save your $$!

i already played with those. they kinda sucked plus you waste marshmallows. the gun that shoots the large ones can get some distance, but the marshmallows arent' very aerodynamic and tend to go wayyyy off target.
they shoot using air pressure behind the marshmallow to fire it out.

btw, i have always thought marshmallow was a dumb word. typing it 3 times(4 now) just reminds me why
