If you were stuck on an island, and there was a magical freezer that had one of two meats. Bacon or Steak. What would you choose?

I'm... a vegetarian. :-[

Bacon, you can find replacements for steak, stuff like rack ol lamb.  There is no substitute for bacon.

I would tell the magical freezer that I wanted a "proper" fillet mignon.

I don't eat beef, so bacon. If I had to choose between italian sausage and bacon from the magical fridge I would have a decision to make.

I like steak, but you're on an island with a lot of fruit. Fruit that you'll get sick of after a while. Solution---> wrap the fruit in bacon and grill!!  ;D [thumbsup] You can't do that with a steak.  ;D

I'm sort of a vegetarian by proxy, I have on good authority that all the animals I eat were vegans.

If I had to make a choice It'd have to be steak (tenderloin) and it really should be wrapped in Bacon.  [bacon] [bow_down]

You didn't say what kinda steak so I said Bacon. What if the only steak that comes out is skirt steak? Would you choose that over bacon?

Bacon is its own condiment.  Steak needs at least salt to be really really good.  But you are on an Island maybe surrounded by salt water and there is probably a way to extract salt from the water if you have MacGuyver like skilz, so my answer is:  Steak if you have MacGuyver like skilz, Bacon if not.
