Date - 3 Jan 09 Time - 0800 Meeting Place - McDonnalds Yamanto Ride - Ippy to Boonah then on to Rathdowney across Lions Rd to Wiangaree for lunch. Then on to Kyogle, Murwillumbah up Numinbah Valley Rd to Narang. From there via Tamborine and Beaudesert back to Ippy. Should be around 10 stops for the 4Vs half that for the 2Vs and my mate on his V-Strom may even need to fuel up somewhere :) How does that sound? Good to see that we have a "hard core" group in Brissy that can get together rain, hail or shine. Had the Trumpy nailed a couple of times in the twisties but held back. You should have seen his back tyre squirm every time he gave it a gut full (lots of times). Warp speed past the camper van and cows (almost nearly had steak or maybe it nearly had me!). You then headed up towards Beaudesert, the GSXR towards Rathdowney. So Trumpy and I stopped and waited for GSXR (came back when he got lonely), Paul and eventually Craig to catch up. We then headed for Beaudesert. Trumpy, GSXR and Paul when back to Brissy, Craig and I to Boonah, Ippy and home - what happened to you? You'll have to PM me your phone No. so we can connect better. Hmm steak [roll] |
