Title: My Road trip
Post by: 2XLR8U on December 28, 2008, 07:16:49 PM
Just got back from Central texas last night.  Damn what a trip.  I drove all day yesterday from Birmingham to GB in one shot.  I was too early for the museum, but I got a nice picture of the gate....

Didn't know you could drive to Great Britain. . .  ;D

Seriously, it must be the traveling time of year, I just flew in from San Diego, and boy are my arms tired. . . Badumpdump!

I feel like a pinball. In the last two weeks i've gone:
From Norfolk to D.C.,
to Pheonix AZ,
to Cabo san Lucas,
to San jose del Cabo,
Back to Pheonix(Damned U.S.Air!)
to San Diego,
to San Marcos
Back to San Diego,
Back to D.C.,
and back to Norfolk.

I grew up in PG county during the 70s and 80s. My high school had a death rate.
My senior year of high school, we had 4 murders in school, and about 5 others that were comitted by students of that school in other locations.
The one I remember most was the guy that got stabbed and shoved into his locker on a Friday afternoon. They found him on Tuesday after his locker started stinking.
The name of my school. . .
Friendly Sr. high!
