'Mom, he's touching me' and it's only the third hour of the 13 hour marathon drive to Grandmom's from Pennslyvania to Florida in August!!! I'm amazed Mom came back every year with the same number of kids that she went down with (three!!!) At hour 7 or 8 the hand comes over the seat making contact with any child in the backseat whether they were arguing or not!!!

When I was a kid and we passed one of those ticky-tack kiddie park tourist traps designed to make kids whine "Pleeeeease daaaaaad! Can we stop heeeeere?" my dad would just throw loose change into the back seat, prompting a mad scramble between me and my sister.
