Title: Superbike fender rubbing? Post by: JTMOTO on January 03, 2009, 08:18:22 AM 748 fender rubs bad on the back side. Is this normal or a bad fender? Anyone have fitment issues with thes in the past? Just installed it last night. and went to walk it backwards and heard the rubbing. This is what I bought

Post by: geoffduc on January 03, 2009, 10:34:02 AM JT i've fitted a couple of the replacement carbon fiber front mud guards on that model with on problem so check the width of your tyre and if thats the normal fitment size i should return the mud guard to the vendor for replacement.

You could try adjusting the position with the bolts just a little more than finger tight, then carefully tightening the bolts to maintain the correct position....if you've got room on the other side.
