I miss my bike. It's been at the shop out of town being dyno tuned with a rapid bike. I will get it back soon. The weather has sucked for the most part here in OH anyway.
No less, here is a before and after video of it with udder and then full arrow system. That and the CNC machined clutch housing. Like I said I miss my bike. At least I have this video.

sorry if I don't get the same IZ_ warm feeling you do of someone doing burnouts and god knows what else with a "customers" machine without their knowing till after the fact...
I know there is a whole bag of what if's there with this scenario...but it is exactly that type of thing that makes it hard for shops to gain trust of customers when they leave their vehicles sometimes!

umm I am pretty sure he made the video himself and is riding his own bike...

Did we all miss something here? I think the OP misses his bike, so he shared a video of it with us after he installed the new pipes.
Sounds good btw!

What do ya mean "we". ;)
LOL, yes that is me on the bike. The night I installed the pipes before it went off to be tuned. I miss being able to fire it up and here sound and I especially miss riding it. Does my garage really look like a shop? With the flowered couch and mini fridge?

you'de be surprised what is in some peoples shops....
I think this is also a result of me being a wee bit tired...so I think I'll step away from the keyboard before I misunderstand something else entirely!
No worries man. Just wanted to post up a video and share the sweet sound of my new arrows that I have barely gotten to ride since it's winter.
Hey man, you got any more pics of your bike? love that gold wheel, black bike combo!
How are you doing with the tuning of your RB3 unit?
Ive been tinkering with mine and i cant get this small hanging at 2,000 rpm to go away....
Arrows sound good Joe. Also the open clutch looks and sounds great. Dolph :)

As far as the RB3. I'm having Matt Carr at ducati Indy dyno tune it. It's the first one they have done but they are very knoledgable. I'd give a call over there and see if they might be able to help you out. They just tuned mine a week ago or so, so they might have some fresh info in their heads.

Thanks Dolph.
Hows the rapid bike running?
It's runnin good. I got it back a few weeks ago. I road it up and down the street and nearly died due to it being about 15F outside and the tires being so cold there was very little traction. Either way, it sounds awesome and seems to be running good and the dyno sheet shows good gains. If this snow melts, and the salt washes away soon and it stays above 40 for a little bit then maybe I'll get to go and ride it a little.
here is the dyno, I put up another thread about this last week or so but here it is again.
He Man, when I get the software, I'll see if I can pull my map off and send it to you if you think that will help. What is your set up other than RB3?
very very smooth! I have the software, i can burn a copy for you if you like. Its a little strange to get it working though.
Im running open airboxwith K&N filter and open udder. I had a issue of the cat heating up bright red so i took the map and did some tweaking to it (bumped it down 2pts across the board and 3 pts in the most used range) and it has been great. Though i have a really hard time starting. about 15 seconds before the bike fires up. I suspect the RB3 may be the issue here since i dont ever remember it taking that long before, even in 20 degree weather. There arent many RB3 users on this board, but quite frankly, mine is running pretty well...i just hope it stays that way. Do you have the multimap selector switch?
Also...those wheels, maybe you answered already and i missed it, but are those wheels PCed or painted? Stock S4Rs/1098 color?
I got the wheels off monstersteve and they are not OEM take offs. They are aftermarket marchesini forged aluminum wheels. I am not sure what painting method they use but it whatever marchesini does at the factory. I can get some closer shots of them sometime if that would help.
I haven't had any starting issues or anything yet. your set up is different than mine so I don't think my map will be of any use to you. Rapid bike is mailing me some software as I left my copy at ducati indy. From what I have read rapid bike seems like the best solution for our bikes. It's relatively cheap ($650) compared to DP ECU + power commander and it is able to map the entire rev range for fuel and it is able to adjust ignition timing, not to mention other crazy settings. I don't know a lot about it yet but when I can start riding more I'm sure I"ll learn more. I'll be at Barber on March 14th and Bluegrass Motorsports Park in April so I'll get a good chance to thoroughly ring it's neck early this season.
