Title: Baffle Removal from Arrow Exhaust Post by: thejsnide on January 07, 2009, 12:51:42 PM I just picked up a set of used CF Arrow high mounts for my 05 620 off eBay. The install was really easy but when I turned the bike on, I expected more. So, as the title states, how do I remove the baffles?

on my speed triple... in that case, remove that snapring you see inside the outlet there, then grab the smaller diameter inner pipe with a pair of needle nose pliers and pull like hell..... i swear it feels like youre gonna break something or theyre welded in there, but i dunno if its adhesive or just a tight press-fit , but theyre a bear to get moving.... but thats all thats holding them in place, just that lil' snapring you can see in your pic... takes about 5 minutes. ;) Title: Re: Baffle Removal from Arrow Exhaust Post by: lazarus7 on January 07, 2009, 02:18:39 PM heres my speedy with the baffles removed....
