Title: Monthly Compulsory Ride [BrisVegas] - Feb 09 Post by: MonsterDorf on January 22, 2009, 01:42:57 PM Ok, lets plan our next ride.
Propose we head out to "Queen Mary Falls" via Boonah back via Warick, then either up the main highway or round the back towards Toowoomba, down Ma Ma Creek and then disperse. Alternatively keep pushing through Toowoomba down the back way into Esk, around Somerset/Wyvenhoe and up to Glorious. Big day, lots of fuel stops for the 4Vs (and small bladders). We could meet in Boonah @ 0900 for Breaky. Grab some fuel and away we go. What dates are most suitable? Any takers? Feb's a prob for me with weekend commitments so the best I can hope for is a quick early morning weekend run. Sorry guys but I'll be up for a March ride in the middle of the month.

Dropped by EuroTwins today and Bevan is looking at heading south to the Gold Coast Hinterland. Timings are; depart Bullock Head Road, Sumner @ 0830 and have lunch down south. Return ride should see us back in Brissy no later than (NLT) 1600. getting lot's of physio thanks to a mate but been off the bike since Friday. Will see how I go but not looking good at tis stage. Had a good day anyway, did some 500+ Km with lots of varying conditions including plenty of rain. So who's organising next months ride?
