Spieglerusa has great service, but a caveat: make sure you measure correctly, as they do NOT accept returns on custom lines. My custom set shipped a few hours after finalizing the details over the phone. Great customer service from Spiegler USA, I exchanged several e-mails to get some working knowledge of what I needed and then just a 5 minute call to pin down some details and order. They shipped out that same day and had in hand 2 business days later even with an east coast snow storm going on.
