;D They did this for about 20 minutes until the neighbor that owns the can came home.

Couple things.
1. The trash can is no longer on his property so it's essentially free game (right liam?)
2. He doesn't own the trash can, the city does, so it's not really for him to complain (especially since it's empty)
3. They aren't damaging any property

Honestly, I'm just glad to see they're wearing helmets...

kids like that SHOULD NOT BE WEARING HELMETS!!!!!

they need to get injured doing stupid things so that they learn their lesson.

and they are stupid for getting caught.

its ok to do something stupid, just don't get caught, bc that is when people get mad.

When the neighbor came home they acted like they were just moving it for him so he could get in his driveway lol
