I need to replace the 2 front rotors on my bike. I am looking at used because of the cost of new ones. Can anyone tell me what years or models would fit mine? I have a 01 900ie. The rotors appear to be the same but I am afraid the diameters and mounting might be different from year to year.
I have a used set for sale. ...very little wear since they were replaced for aesthetic reasons.

You need 320mm Dia, 10mm Offset 6 bolt rotors. A TON of ducs use these rotors. All monsters before 2005. During of and later, the biggest 2v monster had them and some of the 4v.
most of the 916, 996 998 748 bikes (there were a couple R bikes that use different ones) Super sports etc...
I checked my front rotors and the min. thickness is .141 in. I am measuring between .147 and .150 so I'm almost down to the min. In some spots I'm probably at or below the min. I checked my rear rotor and that was even thinner. It has the same min. and measures .135 to .140. I guess i will replace them all. Thanks for the help guys!
As said earlier a TON of Ducatis use these rotors so it will be quite easy to find a used set. Be careful though as some of the rotors of these dimensions like what was on the 620 monster are known to warp... I've had first hand experience with it! You definitely don't want anything to do with a warped rotor!!!
Yeah, I realize the dangers of going used. However, I have a lot of work to do on the bike this year and am compromising in some areas.
Who needs a bike that can stop anyway... ???

Exactly!!!......brake only make you go slower. I thought the whole point was to go FASTERER!
As stated before, many, MANY Ducatis use rotors that will fit. I know that the rotors for the '98 ST2, '01 M900ie, and '02 748 are all interchangeable. I just recently picked up a set of nearly mint rotors from eBay for $90. They are the ones with the triangular-shaped holes in the carrier. For the most part, the old "cheese-grater" rotors are the cheapest (round holes in the carrier), and then the triangular ones, and then the "snowflake" rotors (there's another style that is similar to the "snowflake" rotors, but I haven't heard a nick-name for those). I remember when used sets were $50-$100, but now, it seems like they generally are going in the $125-$200 range for used ones.
