As it is going to be a warm one Saturday and the head count of Monsters is not due till 1pm the hotest part of the day.
There was talk of a ride, does anyone want to meet before for a run in the South before attending the Beach Party.

What's say you for 8am at the Shell Servo Kirrawee we can do the loop through RNP down to Mount Kira and back up.
Wouldn't be long maybe only 2hrs max.

Can someone send me some artwork so I can print off some DMF flyers so we can hand them out? I can colour print and cut them up on the large guilotine at work on Thursday. Do something where we can have 3 flyers per A4 sheet.

Probably not. You'll have to paint the DMF website address on your guts and you'll have to walk around with your shirt off. We all know there is plenty of room to write it.  ;D

anyone going to be swimming afterwards? Should I bring a backpack with the cossies?

A swim is always possible especially if the temp reaches a forecast 34C.

Hopefully cards will be ready for Saturday, if not something else will get sorted.

Good day. Swim was great! Helped sooth you know what after the ride on the 1100. Man its uncomfortable!

a few of us were talking about that before leaving, and we reckoned 150 or there abouts.

it was an ambitious target from the start.

regardless it was a good day - good to see all the familiar faces, and to meet a few news ones, notably Chris on his M620 and G all the way from Melb!

I spent more time down in the water than up with the bikes
 but it sounded great hearing the deep rumble of the 4 valvers coming and going while lying in the water  .
Didn't get to meet anyone but it was nice to see so many well cared for Italians in one place ,
it was sooo hot riding back over to the Nth side in the middle of the day stopped off at a pub for one schooner
to re hydrate  [drink] then went home and napped on the couch with the AC on.

it was really great to see all you guys and the water was great, cold but great. and thanks the Andy for the help cheers. now i just suffering from sun burnt, but it takes it away from the back pain so thats good.

Thanks Matt & everyone for showing me the way 'round on the ride yesterday. It was hot (pace & weather) but good - may see u on the road.

Just what is your ride pace guys???  :o  I'm starting to wonder how I'm going to keep up on the SBK ride!  May have to nobble you with  [drink] [drink] [drink]

I think we will be using our touring pace on the trip Heatherp don't panic  ;D We all need to ride with in our own comfort level and considering the distance we need to cover i will be very Conservative in my pace  ,I am sure there will be some testosterone release in the twisties , but only for short spurts [cheeky]

yeh Heather they will look after you, once there is a girl around they will behave, but the testosterone fly when they are not riding too.

I could see what you meant about the ergonomics of the M1100S seat. It is a "tight" cockpit.

A lot of thought and effort has gone into both interior and exterior design of the Flagship Fraser store. Although I haven't seen the Ducati stores in Europe or North America, I'd imagine that this is quite unique.
