My name is Marcus and i go to NC State Univ. in Raleigh, NC. I've been into motorcycles since before I had my drivers license and Ducati is what first gave me the bug. I was on the old forum since early 2007 and was reallying beginning to call it "home". Since then i've been doing as much reading and research as possible to figure out what the best way is for me to get myself a set of 2 wheels. I plan on taking the MSF course asap and before the end of the summer I'd like to have my own bike. At the moment im still torn between 2006-2006 red/white S2R 800, 04+ 620, or a Triumph daytona 675. I know thats a hefty list for a beginner, but from knowing myself and what i've read and experienced from friends over the last year or so I feel like I can handle the bike and myself. Im glad you guys set this site up because we all know what happened to the old one. That was a shame, but at least we all have a new home here now and im really happy to see some of the familiar faces from the TOB as moderators here.
