He needs help with his projects anyway, so we can share and use the garage as a shop ;D

Lots of room to raise and train your rowwing team.

Beautiful house, congratulations [thumbsup]. Love the skylights and exposed beams - looks like you get good natural lighting in spite of being under all those gorgeous trees. Is the cottage included in the purchase as well?
Again, congrats - that would be a dream house for lots of people.
Can't to see it first hand guys!! [thumbsup]

Yes the cottage is included.
We all know that's not important.
What matters is the two garages ;D

I'm definanlty envious of that part!
Yup, I've got a car, a truck, three motorcycles, two bicycles, a tool chest and all the other related garage stuff. Everything fits in the garage, but I have nowhere to work on anything without evicting a vehicle ~

I'm guessing lodging for LDD is an option, eh?!? Nice place...I'm glad my old '62 Falcon is going to a good 'home'. [laugh]
Paula, Dave you certainly hit the spot with this pad [clap] [clap]
I like the forest back drop and the garages are to die for [thumbsup] [thumbsup]
When do you start taking reservations [laugh] [laugh]
Thanks for all the happy thoughts people. Getting this place was a nightmare!
In terms of lodging-yer all welcome whenever. There'll probably even be a spare bike or two.
Good work kids!
[thumbsup]
I think a little piece of that "amusing" wallpaper should be saved for something.

Mr. Anti-Mod
I absolutely love it. All those old big trees! The cottage fits perfect!
Nice house & garages [thumbsup]
I grew up in Santa Cruz & I've ridden all those roads on bicycles & motos....... very good times [thumbsup]
My parents have a place down the mountain from you in Boulder Creek off of 236 & they absolutely love living in the Redwoods [thumbsup]
Good luck with the move & post some pics when you get settled.
p.s. Does Somegirl ride an S2R ??? If so, I think I met you guys @ LDD 2007...... you were replacing a broken tail light bulb in the parking lot. If it was indeed you two, you don't look anything like Mr. Incredible....way too thin ;D

It's worth it to mod a house-the value goes up.
The bike....it's just throwin' money down a hole.

She rides a black and red 695.
It wasn't me-I'm bigger than my fridge.
Congrats on the new digs!!!
the trees are georgeous, and the decks looks made for blender drinks!!!!
Enjoy!
Congratulations you guys! That reminds me of home in CA. The wife and I used to live in Gualala, up the coast from you guys about 4 hours by car or 2 by bike. ;) We had a nice house on an acre with redwoods and Hwy 1 as my property line. I miss the roads for riding and the scenery. We traded up for better weather and warm water but WAY down for riding. :-[ Thanks for the warm fuzzies and best wishes on your new home.
KP
Looks like the kids won't have far to travel to school.
Glenwood is right down the road!!
Way to think ahead MrI!!
[thumbsup]
Your new digs look most inviting. I love to be around trees except when the Wind and Ice causes them to fall over.
It certainly will be different than living next to the Bay !You shouldn't have to put up with traffic. You'll be able to listen to a different kind of wildlife after dark on your very fine deck. Might want to think about having a Gun or two in case some uninvited nogoods decide to try and breakin with evil on their mind. A Dog besides a nice pet can be a good early warner and sometimes deterent to intruders.
By the way, I live in a 16 room house in the country in South Central, Ohio and right now it's value for propert taxes is a little les tha $200,000 . I know prices are much higher for Real Estate in California , so what would a place like your's cost w, an acre of ground ? More than a million or less ? Dolph :)

I think a more
tactful way to find out that answer is to visit www.realtor.com (http://www.realtor.com)
Wow, very nice! I have some LOUD sheets that'll match your wallpaper. ;D Sorry, this gimp is out for barking orders tomorrow. I'm just a useless blob at this point.

Please excuse the no tact question and the poor spelling. I got an injection in my Shoulder Joint for a possible Frozen Shoulder and I'm having a reaction to the medication. Dolph :(
