The suspension date is late enough that you may even be able to ride in and set up your own bike. sessions are pretty laid back and directed by the group as to how in-depth we go. Yes, he does them every winter in January and February.But he HAS done them every winter since, and they're totally worth it. He does 4 different seminars, and will give you any info you need.
