I don't understand why they can't just slap a label on them "not for anyone under x yrs of age" and keep selling them to adults, "for adults," cause, well, they're the ones buying them anyway... Shouldn't I be able to buy a tiny bike if I want to? Maybe people will just put offroad tires on their mini rockets—or are those illegal now as well?
