Title: Is the 1098 front wheel compatible w/ S4Rs???

Does anyone know if the 1098 front wheel is compatible w/ S4Rs (749/999, HyperM)?
I know the rear isn't, but what about the front?
both have the 5 rotor bolt pattern...

My guess is different axle size.  Much larger on the 1098.
