Title: Hi, Want to say hi to everyone, im new here.
Post by: Brandovibe on February 15, 2009, 05:19:18 PM
Hello All,

Im new to this forum. Just got a Monster S4RS and im looking to talk to other owners to get ideas and trade experiences. First on the Agenda, i want to do a full exhaust system, any thoughts on what makes the most power and sounds the best? I am looking to get the deepest rumbly sound possible. Any difference if i go with the dual Shotgun style on one side as opposed to the one can per side setup?

Also, looking to do anopen clutch setup but there are so many options and makes, im confused, any input regarding that would also be appreciated.

Thanks for having me!

~Brando

Welcome. Dig through the Accessories and Mods section for ideas.

For instance, on the first page, there's this thread about clutch covers and pressure plates: http://ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=2789.0

And here's a thread giving you videos of a full termi system on an S4RS: http://ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=19078.0

Oh, and we like pictures. Where are you located? We have a ton of local clubs to get involved in.

Thanks for the feedback J,

I saw that clutch cover thread, it was great, but confused me more due to all the available options!

I watched a bunch of vids online aboutt he exhaust and it semed that maybe the One can per side setup was deeper in tone than the shotgun style 2 cans on one side? I was thinking that it was because to have that shotgun setup, the cans themselves had to be smaller to fit.... any thoughts on that?

Will post pictures very soon.

I live in New York State about an hour north of the city. Spend a lot fo time in Northern New Jersey where i grew up though. Any ideas of any clubs in that general area?

Thanks again!
