i saw somethign about the bladesmiths on three sheets and then i saw an actual special on them later on.
i love the craftmanship that goes into them.
i don't like that the knives are rusted almost immediately after use if not cleaned.

Yeah, doesn't seem very practical for any level of cooking IMO.

it's good for sushi, but i'm guessing that if you tried to use it for something like slicing beef it would go straight through it but it would be "ruined"
